Hi, I’m Joyce.
For years, I believed I was great at sales.
I worked in the corporate world, closing enterprise deals, chasing ambitious targets and winning awards. It took me a long time to realise that selling was never the thing I was best at.
What fascinated me happened long before the deal.
It was the moment someone paid attention. The moment a CEO leaned in. The moment a brand made someone stop, listen and feel something.
That isn’t sales.
That’s branding.
I realised I had spent years helping other companies communicate their value. Today, I do the same thing from the inside out. Not by creating prettier brands, but by uncovering what already makes them remarkable.
That’s why I founded PITH.
I don’t believe unforgettable brands are invented. I believe they’re revealed. Every brand already has a core that makes it different. My job is to uncover it and build everything else around it.
I also choose not to use AI to generate strategic thinking or creative ideas. In a world where everyone has access to the same tools and increasingly arrives at the same answers, I believe the strongest ideas still come from human observation, curiosity and conviction.
If we work together, you’ll quickly notice a few things.
I’m radically honest. I’ll tell you what others won’t.
I’m a perfectionist. I’d rather get it right than get it done quickly.
And when I say yes to a project, I’m all in.
Because in the end, a brand isn’t a logo. It’s a feeling. And feelings are what people remember.
